Xinan Chen

Xinan Chen received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at the University of Science and Technology of China, and is a current PhD student in the Department of Applied Math and Statistics at Stony Brook University. Advised by Professor Tannenbaum, her work is mainly on medical image registration on MR, CT images employing optimal mass transport theory. Her future interests are applying optimal mass transport to glymphatic system as well as registration on pathology images.
