Dr Sophie Quick
Dr Sophie Quick has recently completed her PhD at the University of Edinburgh, as part of the Wellcome Trust Tissue Repair Programme. Sophie is based at the Centre for Regenerative Medicine and works in the pre-clinical wet lab setting. Her work has focused on the endothelial cells of the blood-brain barrier and the oligodendrocytes of the white matter and how these cell types play a role in the pathology of SVD.
