Patrick's research focuses on investigating the clinical utility of non-invasive ocular and vascular biomarkers of Dementia. Particularly, he is interested in investigating the role of perivascular space in Dementia using advanced neuroimaging techniques and validating the clinical efficacy of a metabolic hyperspectral retinal camera to detect amyloid proteins in the retina through comparisons with the standard positron emission tomography.
